Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and a phenomenal first impression
• Execute recipe requirements to produce high-quality beverages
• Educate customers and staff on coffee, tea, and espresso offerings
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation and café area
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and ServSafe practices
• Stock product levels and maintain proper cash handling procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties according to checklists
• Manage product waste and maintain a sense of urgency

Requirements

• 1-year café experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of manual espresso equipment and bar cleaning methods
• Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs
• Experience with café POS systems
• Valid ServSafe certification or Food Handlers card
• Must be able to work weekends
• Strong interpersonal and math computation skills
