Responsibilities

• Ice cream and cafeteria sales and service
• Cashier duties
• Compliance with health and safety regulations
• Providing genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating guest expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of English and Italian
• HACCP certification
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
