Barista

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, enthusiastic service and high-quality beverages to guests
• Maintain clean and organized store operations, including opening and closing checklists
• Create specialty beverages according to guest requests and resort standards
• Handle cash, credit, and comp procedures accurately while completing necessary paperwork
• Manage telephone orders and assist in guiding guests to other resort areas
• Maintain organized and safe storage areas and ensure displays are properly stocked and labeled
• Contribute to store profitability and complete assigned side work

Requirements

• High School Education or equivalent
• Valid Food Handlers card
• Sanitation Certificate
• TIPS Training or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Proficiency with PC skills for administrative requirements
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a luxury environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a restaurant or high-end hospitality setting
