About the Company

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a personalized, positive experience
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, beverages, and snacks to high quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar and workspace
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
• Handle billing accurately, processing cash and credit card transactions
• Upsell drinks and food to enhance guest experience and increase revenue

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista in a high-volume or luxury environment
• Strong coffee knowledge and relevant certifications
• Excellent command of English
• Passionate about delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional languages are considered an asset
