Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages consistently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment
• Engage customers with product knowledge, recommendations, and friendly service
• Manage stock levels and assist with daily café operations
• Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a café or specialty coffee shop
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso-based drinks
• Ability to perform basic latte art
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong attention to detail
