Barista

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and drinks in a high-volume environment
• Multitask across various cafe roles including drive-thru, register, and runner
• Communicate effectively with the Back of House team and cafe staff to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while taking pride in small details
• Contribute to a positive kitchen culture centered on serving both guests and teammates

Requirements

• Passion for coffee with a strong desire to learn new techniques
• Proven team player who is optimistic, empathetic, and constructive during conflict
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (approximately 18-24 hours per week)
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, all-day cafe setting
