About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, personalized service
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks
- Accurately handle cash, card, and mobile payments using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory and restock items as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to support a positive atmosphere
- Learn and maintain knowledge of menu, products, and promotions
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required
