Barista

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality handcrafted beverages and maintain espresso extraction standards
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to clients
• Manage cafe operations including inventory monitoring and workspace organization
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the Senior Barista on service flow and training
• Handle fast-paced service environments and custom orders with efficiency

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a third wave cafe
• 2+ years of experience with a manual espresso machine
• Ability to lift up to 25+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Availability for early morning shifts starting as early as 6am

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with full espresso bar execution on manual machines
• Strong customer service and hospitality background
