Compass Coffee was founded in 2014 by two Marines who became obsessed with the quest for the perfect cup. With 16 cafes in and around DC, Compass Coffee is committed to ethical sourcing, masterful blending, and peak roasting to create a community-focused coffee experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide legendary customer service
• Craft drinks that uphold high quality standards
• Engage and connect with customers to build relationships
• Taste coffee daily to expand palette and knowledge
• Follow cleaning standards to ensure cafes are fresh, clean, and safe
• Support team members in upholding the company mission

• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
