Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee beverages and other products according to company standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
• Control ingredient inventory and report replenishment needs
• Operate coffee machinery and equipment correctly
• Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations
• Handle cash register operations and report sales accurately
• Collaborate with the team to ensure agile and effective service

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in coffee preparation or customer service
• Basic knowledge of coffee machinery operation
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Knowledge of food hygiene and handling procedures
• Experience with cash register handling
• Basic English skills
• Availability to work on-site and in rotating shifts
