Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee beverages and other products according to company standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure high satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Control ingredient inventory and report replenishment needs
- Operate coffee machinery and equipment correctly
- Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations
- Handle cash register operations and report sales accurately
- Collaborate with the team to ensure agile and effective service
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in coffee preparation or customer service
- Basic knowledge of coffee machinery operation
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Knowledge of food hygiene and handling procedures
- Experience with cash register handling
- Basic English skills
- Availability to work on-site and in rotating shifts
