Responsibilities

• Delight customers with consistent, welcoming and engaging hospitality
• Use world-class equipment, coffee, and matcha to prepare drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized environment upholding health standards
• Partner with Operations and Marketing teams for events and promotions
• Master company procedures such as cash handling, inventory, and waste tracking
• Drive high standards and improve processes through continuous training

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service (hospitality, retail, or coffee preferred)
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability to meet cafe needs, including at least 2 peak days (Fri, Sat, or Sun)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
