Barista

Responsibilities

• Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging service
• Prepare high-quality coffee, matcha, and cafe beverages using professional equipment
• Complete training to ensure proper food and beverage handling and freshness
• Manage product wastage and adjust par levels according to business needs
• Maintain Local Department of Health standards at all times
• Adhere to all product, service, and brand training playbooks
• Participate in initiatives to increase foot traffic and operational profitability

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or coffee
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability to meet cafe needs, including at least 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
