Responsibilities

• Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging service
• Prepare high-quality drinks using world-class coffee equipment
• Complete training to ensure proper food and beverage handling
• Manage product levels to avoid wastage and adjust par levels as needed
• Maintain Local Department of Health standards at all times
• Adhere to all product, service, and brand training playbooks
• Participate in initiatives to increase foot traffic and operational profitability

Requirements

• Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability to meet cafe needs, including 2 peak days (Fri, Sat, or Sun)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
