Responsibilities

• Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging service to build a loyal customer base
• Prepare high-quality drinks using world-class coffee equipment and products
• Complete all training to ensure proper handling of food and beverages for freshness and quality
• Manage product levels to avoid wastage in line with business peaks and lows
• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Food Safety Standards at all times
• Follow all product, service, and brand training playbooks
• Participate in operational and marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales

Requirements

• Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
• Availability that meets cafe needs (Part-Time: 24h/week; Full Time: 35h/week)
• Ability to work at least 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Must be authorised to work in the UK
