Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
• Manage daily mise-en-place, stock rotation, and inventory levels
• Engage guests with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service
• Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times

Requirements

• Currently residing in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and beverage presentation
• Excellent communication and guest-engagement skills
• Passionate, hardworking, and eager to learn and grow
