Responsibilities

• Expertly craft specialty coffee, tea, and liquor beverages
• Ensure all beverages served meet Ascension standards
• Demonstrate and uphold the highest level of guest service and hospitality
• Maintain and troubleshoot basic coffee-related equipment
• Participate in an inclusive and quality-focused culture
• Continually expand knowledge in specialty coffee, tea, alcohol programs, and hospitality

Requirements

• Specialty coffee experience required
• Open availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods (approximately 8 hours)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform repetitive range-of-motion activities
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and self-management skills
