Responsibilities

• Skillfully prepare specialty coffee, tea, and liquor beverages to Ascension standards
• Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring the highest level of guest service
• Maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment, resolving basic issues
• Continuously expand knowledge in specialty coffee, tea, alcohol, and hospitality
• Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability
• Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels
• Communicate clearly and effectively to inspire and align teams
• Foster an inclusive, high-quality café culture through thoughtful interactions

Requirements

• Specialty coffee experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations
• Availability for nights and weekends
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction
• Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift)
