Barista

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
• Serve food items such as sandwiches, salads, muffins, and pastries
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Provide product details and menu suggestions to customers
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Monitor equipment temperatures and ensure food safety compliance
• Stock service stations and manage retail product displays

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Barista or equivalent work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Barista Certification
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of retail environments and cash handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous or current experience working at a coffee shop or Starbucks
