Responsibilities

• Provide professional grooming services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, equipment, and workstations
• Offer personalized grooming consultations and product recommendations
• Ensure guest comfort, satisfaction, and a premium grooming experience
• Collaborate with spa and wellness teams to support seamless guest service

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Barber in luxury spas, grooming lounges, or premium hospitality
• Strong technical skills in cutting, shaving, beard styling, and modern grooming techniques
• Excellent English communication skills
• Professional grooming, presentation, and guest-service etiquette
• Ability to maintain a calm, polished, and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Russian language skills
• Previous experience working within a pre-opening team
