Barback/Server Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies
• Replenish ice bins, change kegs, and restock refrigerators
• Clear and reset tables, bar tops, and lounge areas promptly
• Remove used glassware, plates, and trash from guest areas to maintain cleanliness
• Wash and polish glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of bar floors, mats, drains, and storage areas
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages

Requirements

• Previous barback, bussing, or restaurant experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (kegs, cases of beverages, etc.)
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
