Barback

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking spirits, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies
• Maintain bar cleanliness, including equipment, counters, and glassware
• Ensure the bar is fully set up before service and properly closed afterward
• Support bartenders during busy periods by preparing ingredients and tools
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the Head Bartender

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barback or similar support role
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage products
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and work on your feet for long hours
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
