About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain, stock, and clean the bar to support bartending team efficiency
- Handle side duties including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers
- Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to company policy
- Manage trash and recycling, including operating the trash compactor
- Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinances and company policies
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards and record maintenance issues in the bar log
- Attend pre-shift meetings conducted by the Manager on Duty
Requirements
- Responsible Alcohol Training Certification or equivalent
- Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 25lbs using proper techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced, loud environment
- Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience interacting with people in a positive environment
- Experience recognizing valid IDs
- Experience working in a live music environment
