Responsibilities

• Maintain, stock, and clean the bar to support bartending team efficiency
• Handle side duties including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to company policy
• Manage trash and recyclables, including operating the trash compactor
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Keep ice bins and bars parred to venue specifications at all times

Requirements

• Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible Alcohol Training Certification or equivalent
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud, and physically demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
• Experience recognizing valid IDs
• Experience working in a live music environment
