Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the bar area and all supplies
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked before and throughout service
• Assist with running food and bussing tables
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to standards
• Stock and restock china, glassware, and silverware
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of bar areas
• Replenish bar snacks on tables
• Maintain proficiency in all menus and wine offerings
• Produce specialty hot beverages
• Follow liquor laws and ensure responsible service

Requirements

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience
• Basic knowledge of wine, food, and cooking methods
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, crouch, or kneel for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in wet, hot, and humid conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with hotel F&B standards and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• High attention to detail and adaptability
