Barback

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking beverages, garnishes, ice, and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Prepare basic ingredients and bar tools before service
• Support bartenders during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols consistently
• Handle inventory rotation and report low stock levels promptly

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a barback or in a similar hospitality role
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for long hours
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Good communication skills; English proficiency preferred
