Responsibilities

• Provide efficient service and prepare drinks as required
• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests
• Maintain a hygienic bar area and high standards of hygiene throughout catering outlets
• Operate all equipment effectively and safely
• Handle customer contact, complaints, and comments professionally and courteously
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance

Requirements

• Experience working in a hospitality or catering role
• Must be 18+ due to licensing requirements
• Ability to work as a team player with high responsibility and flexibility
• Enthusiastic and motivated attitude
