About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, and delegate daily bar operations efficiently
- Supervise, guide, and improve team performance through coaching and corrective training
- Build and maintain a motivated, cohesive bar team environment
- Foster strong coordination with kitchen and all F&B departments
- Prepare and manage staff schedules in line with business demands and labor forecasts
- Maintain service standards and take corrective action when needed
- Lead daily briefings and actively participate in departmental meetings
- Support talent development and staff appraisals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a hotel, resort, or high-volume bar environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in staff training and performance management
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
