Bar Manager

Responsibilities

• Inspire bar team members to exceed guest expectations
• Review guest feedback and conduct service observations to ensure brand standards
• Act as a passionate trainer to promote a learning culture
• Develop a motivated, high-performing team to meet sales and revenue targets
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food and drink menus
• Participate in sales and marketing activities for the bar
• Manage recruitment processes for the bar department
• Oversee health and safety compliance within the bar area

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Bar Manager experience in a similar environment
• Strong managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and provide recommendations
• Proficiency in using various IT platforms
• Strong communication skills
