Responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth running of the bar and ensure high levels of guest food and beverage service
- Lead and collaborate with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries
- Support business strategies and take ownership of assigned areas of responsibility
- Deputize for the Head of Department in their absence
- Foster a culture of growth, development, and performance within the team
- Control departmental inventory and costs to attain target productivity levels
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver departmental programmes to advance service standards, profitability, and cost control
- Ensure adherence to all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practices
