Responsibilities

• Represent the brand style and ambiance to all customers
• Create new cocktail and beverage menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Director
• Ensure high-quality service for both dining and bar customers
• Maintain ecological practices and environmental awareness within the team
• Supervise bar organization, setup, and daily operations
• Manage stock, identify procurement needs, and place orders
• Conduct regular inventory checks
• Ensure compliance with HACCP rules and maintain cleanliness
• Train and support the professional development of bartenders and bar maids

Requirements

• Significant experience in a management role within a cocktail bar
• Fluency in French and English
• Rigor, attention to detail, and creativity
• Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage stress and maintain a positive attitude
• Commitment to environmental sustainability in gastronomy
