About the Company

High Rollers is a vibrant beer hall in Banff featuring six ten-pin lanes, pool tables, and over 48 craft beers on tap. Part of the Banff Hospitality Collective, we focus on incredible celebrations, large group events, and high-energy nightlife with live local DJs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all bar areas, creating and upholding procedures and policies
• Train and coach bartenders and build server product knowledge
• Lead by example through hands-on hospitality and positivity
• Manage inventory volumes, ordering, receiving, and invoice processing
• Create and maintain seasonal drink menus that maximize sales and guest experience
• Enforce sanitary practices and maintain bar cleanliness and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and local laws
• Maintain professional restaurant image and brand culture

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of mixology and cocktail creation
• Proven bartending experience
• ProServe certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative working style and team focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Supervisory or management experience is an asset
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
