Responsibilities

• Produce all drinks on the menu and assist the Head Bartender in management tasks
• Represent the Maslow brand and maintain the establishment's style and atmosphere
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and courtesy
• Maintain ecological practices and environmental awareness within the team
• Prepare cocktail bases, premixes, and homemade soft drinks
• Manage stock reception and organization
• Contribute to opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and maintenance
• Support the training and skill development of new bar staff

Requirements

• Significant experience in a cocktail bar
• Ability to produce high-quality cocktails, coffees, and homemade soft drinks
• Rigor, attention to detail, and creativity
• Strong team spirit and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude and ability to manage stress
• Fluency in French and English
