Bar Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day bar operations ensuring all service standards are met
• Produce and implement creative promotional programs to increase revenue
• Manage departmental financial targets, including annual budget administration
• Monitor food, beverage, labor, and operating expenses
• Select, train, and develop team members to support career growth
• Conduct monthly departmental meetings and ensure adherence to safety policies
• Constantly seek ways to improve product, service, and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or bar environment
• Service-focused personality with a passion for guest engagement
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and foster a high-performance team culture
