About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day bar operations ensuring all service standards are met
- Produce and implement creative promotional programs to increase revenue
- Manage departmental financial targets, including annual budget administration
- Monitor food, beverage, labor, and operating expenses
- Select, train, and develop team members to support career growth
- Conduct monthly departmental meetings and ensure adherence to safety policies
- Constantly seek ways to improve product, service, and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or bar environment
- Service-focused personality with a passion for guest engagement
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and foster a high-performance team culture
