Bar Attendant

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests and clients
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager and Supervisors in overall bar operations

Requirements

• Experience as a Bar Attendant in a vibrant, fast-paced, high-volume venue
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and current beverage trends
• Valid RSA certificate
• Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid and current working rights in Australia
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
