Bar Attendant

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
• Prepare cocktails, spirits, and mixed drinks with precision
• Provide high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Maintain bar operations and assist other operational areas as needed
• Engage with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience

Requirements

• Experience as a Bar Attendant in a high-volume venue
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer trends
• RSA certificate
• Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster including late nights and weekends
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Full working rights in Australia

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cocktail making and beverage production
• Creative flair in drink creation
