Banya/Spa Attendant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Banya facilities, including steam rooms, saunas, and relaxation areas
• Assist guests with rituals, amenities, and spa guidance while ensuring comfort and safety
• Monitor temperature, cleanliness, and hygiene standards across all spa areas
• Support therapists and reception teams with operational needs and guest flow
• Maintain inventory of towels, supplies, and spa essentials to ensure constant readiness

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Attendant, Banya Attendant, or similar role in luxury wellness or premium hospitality
• Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and spa operational standards
• Excellent English communication skills; Russian-speaking ability is a significant advantage
• Professional grooming, presentation, and high-standard guest-service etiquette
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in warm, humid environments
• Pre-opening experience is considered an advantage
