Banqueting Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the banqueting department for conferences and events
• Proactively improve customer satisfaction and comfort by responding quickly to requests
• Implement plans and objectives to meet banquet initiatives and hotel goals
• Supervise the banqueting team, fostering a culture of development and performance
• Manage the department budget, controlling costs, stocks, and productivity levels
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Implement actions to strengthen service standards, improve profitability, and optimize resource management
• Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain documentation for internal and external audits
