Banquet Waiter

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the banquets department and guest conference services
• Deliver positive and timely responses to guest enquiries to maximize satisfaction
• Execute assigned duties in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, and productivity
• Maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements

Requirements

• Experience in food & beverage service (beneficial but not essential)
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with IT systems on various platforms
