About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve multiple tables of guests simultaneously following management guidance
- Execute service according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Monitor alcoholic beverage consumption and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist in preparatory duties such as polishing and folding
- Maintain cleanliness in event spaces and uphold health code guidelines
- Collaborate with team members for efficient service delivery
- Assist guests with information regarding hotel services and local attractions
Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred (3-6 months)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically and prioritize tasks
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- POS experience
- Ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
