Banquet Server

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of banquet activities to ensure optimal client experience during conferences and events
• Work within a team to maximize client satisfaction and comfort by providing rapid responses to requests
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and missions, ensuring professional execution within deadlines
• Implement department plans and objectives to help achieve hotel goals
• Collaborate with supervisors to control costs and stocks and reach productivity levels
• Maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal/external audit standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant service or banquets is an asset but not mandatory
• Practical approach with a proactive and dynamic mindset
• Passion for the hospitality sector and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to solve daily situations creatively and professionally
• Personal integrity and ability to thrive in an excellence-driven environment
• Proficiency in computer systems across various platforms
• Excellent communication skills
