Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the banquets department
• Deliver high-level guest conference and banqueting services
• Maximize guest satisfaction and comfort through timely responses
• Carry out assigned duties in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with management to control costs and inventory
• Maintain effective working relationships and promote company values
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and best practice activities

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage service (beneficial but not essential)
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style

• Experience working with IT systems
