About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute banquet setups, refreshes, and cleaning according to Banquet Event Orders
- Serve coffee breaks and small food functions for groups of 50 guests or less
- Ensure mise-en-place for all menus is accurate and prepared in a timely fashion
- Follow floor plans and setup instructions with high attention to detail
- Maintain clean and safe back storage rooms and work environments
- Report any broken or unsafe equipment to Banquet Supervisors
- Provide high standards of service while remaining alert, courteous, and helpful to guests
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Food Safety Training Certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume service environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
