About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute banquet setups, refreshes, and cleaning according to Banquet Event Orders
  • Serve coffee breaks and small food functions for groups of 50 guests or less
  • Ensure mise-en-place for all menus is accurate and prepared in a timely fashion
  • Follow floor plans and setup instructions with high attention to detail
  • Maintain clean and safe back storage rooms and work environments
  • Report any broken or unsafe equipment to Banquet Supervisors
  • Provide high standards of service while remaining alert, courteous, and helpful to guests

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid Food Safety Training Certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume service environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
