Responsibilities

• Ensure proper preparation of event rooms and smooth banquet operations
• Welcome clients and respond to their requests or expectations
• Adapt to schedules and operational needs based on unforeseen circumstances
• Perform order taking and service according to required standards
• Maintain excellent client relations with confidentiality and discretion
• Maintain fluid communication with teams and other services to guarantee quality service

Requirements

• Sense of detail and service
• Efficient, reactive, dynamic, and motivated
• Previous experience in hospitality is an asset (beginners accepted)
