About the role
About the Company
Founded in 1972, T Bar M Racquet Club has served as the premier private members tennis and racquet Club for Texas and the greater southwest region. The new Banner House at T Bar M will include tennis courts, padel courts, pickleball courts, a resort style pool, restaurant, bar, and a 12,000 SF Fitness Center.
Responsibilities
- Execute setups and tear-downs for club events in alignment with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Arrange furniture, décor, staging, AV equipment, and linens as specified by event plans
- Ensure all event spaces meet club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Collaborate with Events, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance teams to ensure readiness of all event spaces
- Assist with deliveries, storage, and inventory management of event supplies and equipment
- Respond promptly to on-site needs during events, including repositioning furniture and maintaining cleanliness
- Support daily facility readiness and report any damages or safety hazards
Requirements
- Previous experience in event services, hospitality, or facility operations preferred
- Ability to read and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
