About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and take orders for food and beverages
- Prepare drinks according to recipes and hotel standards
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal alcohol service regulations
- Maintain knowledge of food, cocktail, wine, and beer offerings
- Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness
- Use equipment properly and adhere to cost controls
- Handle cash accurately and reconcile financials at end of shift
- Collaborate with other departments for efficient service
Requirements
