Banquet Bartender

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service by greeting members promptly and providing a personalized experience
• Accurately execute member and guest orders for food and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain beverage control by ensuring all liquor items are properly stocked and accurately poured
• Prepare the bar area for service by setting up bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including regular restocking of supplies
• Resolve member and guest complaints professionally and notify management of any issues
• Support fellow employees and contribute to a positive, proactive team environment

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Proficiency using POS systems and standard bar tools

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, wine varietals, and proper wine service techniques
