Banquet and Seminar Extra Server

Responsibilities

• Ensure banquet, seminar, and dinner show service
• Prepare setups for various services
• Organize storage of equipment and products according to internal standards
• Maintain excellent customer relations with confidentiality and discretion
• Report any customer dissatisfaction to management
• Maintain cohesion between different services (dining room/kitchen/sales)

Requirements

• Hospitality or catering training
• Knowledge of industry regulations and techniques
• Excellent presentation
• Efficient and reactive with attention to detail
• Team player with strong listening skills
• Punctual and voluntary
