Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Premium segment clients, building long-term relationships and increasing business volume.
• Identify client needs and provide personalized financial advice and solutions.
• Detect new business opportunities and prospect new clients to grow the premium segment.
• Execute sales processes following institutional protocols and commercial models.
• Manage a daily sales agenda to ensure follow-up and achievement of commercial objectives.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through high-quality service and product satisfaction.
• Comply with Global Scotiabank policies regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC).
• Maintain and digitize client files in accordance with established regulations.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience as a PBO (Personal Banking Officer).
• Completed degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing high-value client portfolios.
• Valid AMIB 3 certification.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of global and local economics, markets, and financial indicators.
