Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high-net-worth client portfolio by offering specialized financial products and services to ensure loyalty and profitability.
• Maintain and increase the profitability of credit and deposit portfolios through value-added products, insurance, and commercial levers.
• Manage investment portfolios by respecting client profiles, needs, and investment horizons.
• Execute daily calls and effective visits to prospects and current clients to ensure deep portfolio knowledge.
• Plan weekly activities according to commercial systematic definitions, prioritizing key commercial focuses.
• Ensure excellence in service by following up on commitments, operations, and inquiries to build long-term relationships.
• Comply with all operational regulations regarding account openings, client knowledge, and relevant operation detection.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar banking or financial roles (mandatory).
• Completed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
• Strong focus on customer service excellence and relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications

• AMIB 3 certification.
